Eucalyptus is a fibre characterised by a silky softness and incredible lightness. It is produced from eucalyptus trees, from which it is extracted from the wood pulp making it the most environmentally compatible natural fibre. The garments in this fabric have excellent resistance, thermoregulation, high skin breathability and excellent moisture absorption, with approximately 50% more water vapour absorption than cotton, guaranteeing maximum comfort in every season. Numerous advantages derive from the use of this fibre, which is appreciated for its great resistance and its antibacterial properties thanks to the porous structure of the fibre, which facilitates the passage of a greater quantity of air, creating an environment hostile to the development of bacteria and mites. It is elastic and smooth to the touch, capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 40 degrees without problems. Furthermore, it dries very quickly and does not need to be ironed. Our eucalyptus fibre is TENCEL™ Lyocell certified and is obtained from eucalyptus trees grown by companies certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), respecting socially and responsibly environmentally friendly standards.
